Shift Pattern (Rotating):
Shift 1: - Monday to Friday: 6:00am - 2:00pm
Shift 2: - Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
-Friday: 2:00pm - 8:00pm
- Saturday: 6:00am - 12:00pm (time & a half)
The role:
Working on a mix of HGVs and trailers, you'll be responsible for keeping vehicles safe, compliant, and on the road.
-Servicing, inspections, and routine maintenance
- Diagnostics and fault finding (mechanical & electrical)
-MOT prep to DVSA standards
- General repairs (brakes, suspension, engines, etc.)
-Completing job cards and records accurately.
Requirements
What we're looking for:
Experience as an HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic
NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds (preferred)
Strong diagnostic skills
Good all-round knowledge of HGV systems
Full UK driving licence (Class 1 or 2 a bonus)
Reliable, team player with a good work ethic
